Some of the scenes in the screenplay which never made it to the final film included. A future War sequence where the resistance won and enter a SkyNet lab finding the time-portal and a storage facility for Terminators. You also see Reese talking to John.
*A little torture never hurt anyone: Apparently T2 was originaly going to have much more torture in but a number of these scenes were dropped in favour of a more clinical and manipulative T-1000.
*The many deaths of Sal. When Sal's dog starts barking the T-1000 finger stabs Sal in the shoulder saying "I know this hurts. Where is John Connor". Sal searches around on the ground in a crate that had grenades in it. He kills himself and the T-1000 with a grenade or so he thinks the T-1000 re-solidifies. Seeing this Yolander hugs the baby but the T-1000 picks up the baby and gets the info from her as to where John Conner has gone.

Jonh mentions that his mother was seeing Travis Gant an ex Green Beret before she was caught and committed. The T-1000 tourtures Gant for information before killing him after impersonating his former lover which would have been in a scene after Jonh Sarah and the T-800 have left.

There was to be a sequence in which Dyson Skylabs "inspired" genius had a dream in which he sees his family running from a nuclear explosion before being turned to ash. This would have been the scene before he drops the trigger device and blows himself up.

There was also to be a scene in a Skynet-free future where an older Sarah Connor gives a monologue about how John became a senator possibly dropped for being to limiting as far as sequels go.
